Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietician, Seating, Wheelchair and Speech Therapy are offered in a home environment by the community team. Assessment, treatment, housing alterations and provision of equipment, rails, wheelchairs, etc. if clients needs meet the criteria.
