New Exercise Course for Older Adults

We pleased to announce that due to help from the Strengthening Communities fund the first ever RGM course for over 65s will be launched on October 28th at the Age Concern office in Papanui. The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is an innovative, multi-sensory exercise session for the brain and body, in which rhythm, music, verbalisation and movement are used to stimulate both cognitive and motor skills. The session is a lot of fun and can be done seated or standing. The course is $30 for 8 weeks and a place must be reserved. If you want more information please give Kris a call on 021 2628886 or email  kris@eamnz.com
