Older Persons Health, assessment teams and Single Point of Entry have had a name change to Adult Community Referral Centre. All other details, for the time being, remain the same. Community Service Team provide a service to clients which includes Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Language Therapy, Pschiatric and Diabetic services, in their own home.
The team also includes social workers, nurses and clinical assessors. Phone 337 7765 for all health needs.
