Appointed and under the umbrella of Age Concern Canterbury to arrange visitors for older people in the area who would benefit from additional social contact.

EARS aims to improve the quality of life of older people in abusive situations and prevent abuse by providing information, advocacy and support. If you have concerns about the way you (or someone you know) are being treated, spoken to and cared for, or if you are concerned about how money is spent and property is being used, we offer a free and confidential service to help.

Enable NZ has awarded Mobility Solutions the contract to repair all equipment supplied by the MOH within South Canterbury. They also provide sales and hire service of all adaptive aids and equipment including mobilty scooters, electric reclining chairs and beds, kitchen and bathroom wares, walking frames and daily living aids.
