Advice and assistance available to people with arthritis enabling them to manage their disability – Osteoarthritis, Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Scleroderma, Sjogrens, Pagets, Lupus. An Arthritis Educator assessment is available.
Regular exercise (including armchair) and hydrotherapy classes are provided throughout the city.
Monthly afternoon social meeting for older members, with entertainment and afternoon tea on the first Wednesday of the month, 1pm-3pm, at the Cashmere Club, 88 Hunter Terrace, Cashmere.
