Mobility Parking Card for car allowing use of car parks for people of all ages who are unable to walk & rely on a wheelchair for mobility, or rely on mobility devices (eg crutches, walking sticks, walking frames) or who are unable to walk 200 metres unassisted because of the nature/severity of their condition.
An application form is available from your medical practitioner, ring the above number and have one sent.
Qualifying applicants receive a card with their membership number & expiry date. Permit number is not transferable. Card must be displayed clearly on the inside front windscreen. Card only to be used when the CARDHOLDER requires the use of a car park.
