Christchurch Resettlement Services provides free, confidential, services to Refugees and Migrants who come to live in Christchurch. Social Workers are able to help with: Income/benefit concerns; Housing; Health care; Dental care; Family concerns; School issues; Feelings of fear, worry, sadness, anger; Relationships; Clothing and household equipment; Information and counselling. The bilingual workers can: Act as interpreters; Work with refugees, migrants and social worker; Help with visiting government departments, schools, doctors etc.
