To heat the meals, take the food out of container, put onto plate, cover & microwave on “meal re-heat” until piping hot. Can be reheated on an ovenproof plate, covered, in the oven at 150 deg C until piping hot.

Note: The meals are safe kept in the fridge for up to seven days. If not eaten within that time, can be put in the freezer and eaten later.
