They consist of three separate blocks of 14 units at Abberley Crescent, St Albans overlooking Abberley Park and 10 units at Barbadoes Street, two units in Trist Place and two units on Hills Road .
Eligible tenants must be over 60 years old, have a genuine housing need, and limited assets.
