Provides a card for car, after GP verification, allowing use of car parks for people of all ages who are unable to walk and who rely on a wheelchair for mobility, or rely on mobility devices (e.g. crutches, walking sticks, walking frames) or are unable to walk 200 metres unassisted because of the nature/severity of their condition. Application forms are available from Doctors surgeries.
The application has to be signed by a medical practitioner and returned to CCS with administration fee. Fee: $50 incl GST) for 5 years; for any period up to 12 months the fee is $35 (incl GST).

Qualifying applicants receive a card with their membership number and expiry date. Membership is not transferable. Card must be clearly displayed on the inside front windscreen only when the cardholder is travelling in the vehicle.
