They have a team of trained counsellors, who are professionally supervised, and who are members of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors or are working towards membership.

All of their counsellors have completed or are completing tertiary training. All undergo a rigorous selection process that assumes a high degree of competency before joining their team. They encourage and fund ongoing training.
