With an envious position on the lower Cashmere Hills, Rhodes on Cashmere is a boutique Arvida Living Well Community offering private, secure retirement living with a total of 42 apartments. Residents love the peaceful location, stunning views over Christchurch and on-site cafe. When Arvida’s vision for Rhodes on Cashmere is complete, the community will include a gym, exercise classes and hobby workshop, adding to their existing hair salon, shared vege gardens, social spaces and library. On-site social life is supported by Rhodes Cafe, a programme of guest speakers and regular community events and outings. A care centre with care suites for those who require rest home and hospital level care is currently under construction and will ensure we can provide a continuum of care on site.

Our spacious and well appointed apartments are built on the hillside site of the historic Rhodes Convalescent Hospital. There are a range of floor plans, including 26 newly completed Living Well apartments that offer stunning view over Christchurch. The fixed for life weekly fee includes a daily buffet breakfast and half hour weekly house clean and covers building and garden maintenance, insurances and community services so there will be more time for all the things you want to achieve in the years ahead.
