The patient and visitor hospital shuttle service between Deans Avenue and Christchurch Hospital is relocating.
From Monday July 2 the shuttle will pick up and drop off users from the Christchurch City Council’s car park building at 33 Lichfield Street, and will no longer travel to the Deans Avenue Car Park.
The service will run to its existing timetable and will pick up / drop off from the same hospital locations.
Parking costs are set by the Christchurch City Council. Currently car parking is free for the first hour, then $2.80 per hour up to a maximum of $10 daily, or there is an overnight rate of $5. Parking rates can be found at ccc.govt.nz/carpark
Canterbury DHB is running a public information campaign about this change.
