Would you like to be able to go for a walk in your community?

Whether you use a stick, walking frame or just need someone to walk beside you, we can help.

Our Companion Walking Service, with carefully chosen volunteers, provides one-on-one assistance for people who are finding it difficult to get out and about on their own.


Walking is a perfect all-round exercise for mind and body.  Research shows that as well as improving physical health, it also reduces cognitive decline and improves sleep.
