A pharmacist will come to your home or you can make the appointment at your local pharmacy.
You may be suitable for MMS if:
-You take three or more medicines
-You have changed medicines recently
-You sometimes forget to take your medicines
-You take medicines for heart disease, diabetes, asthma or breathing problems
-Have English as a second language.
