The aims of the Society are to support improve and educate people who have respiratory problems. Hospital Physiotherapists take appropriate exercises at meetings on: Tuesdays, 1pm to 2.15pm at the Aldred Methodist Church, Nancy Avenue (just off Innes Road), St Albans and on Thursdays, 1pm to 2.15pm at the Pioneer Stadium, Lyttelton Street, Spreydon. Sessions are followed by afternoon tea.
