Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong in a relaxed and easy way.    Tai Chi is for everyone wanting to move well through life…..from 9 to 90ish.  The Tai chi and Qigong classes are only up to 15 students allowing for individual attention. Exercises are in sitting, standing and moving forms.
